A Guinea logistics company needed reliable trailers for freight operations between Conakry Port and inland cities, facing frequent transitions from paved highways to rough regional roads. They required versatile equipment to securely transport standard shipping containers and partial bulk cargo. Hauling 60 tons payloads also demands an exceptionally resilient chassis to prevent deformation. Based on these needs, we custom designed a 3 Axle 60 Tons Flatbed Semi Trailer, and the client successfully ordered 5 units.

To handle heavy payloads and dual cargo demands, we implemented significant structural upgrades. Guaranteeing load bearing capacity without bending, we strengthened the primary main beam with a 14mm upper plate, 16mm lower plate, and 8mm web plate. Crucially, the gooseneck features a four main beam design, significantly enhancing connection strength to disperse pulling forces and prevent fractures on bumpy roads. The crossbeams are densely reinforced with 10# channel steel. For bulk cargo, the 2.75mm checkered steel floor provides excellent anti slip properties, while standard twist locks feature durable external reinforcement plates.

To adapt to complex inland roads and tropical climates, the running gear is fully optimized. Thickened 16mm leaf springs combined with a five point reinforced suspension ensure excellent shock absorption. It features premium 315/80R22.5 TR668 tires, renowned for grip and heat dissipation. Utilizing top brands spare parts like ZY axles, Taiyue leaf spring, Triangle tires, and JOST landing gear ensure exceptional reliability and easy maintenance. Electrically, the vehicle uses high quality cable style wiring and lights equipped with dedicated protective covers, effectively preventing collision damage and deterring theft.

We utilize an advanced painting process to protect the chassis. After thorough sandblasting, the trailer receives one anti rust treatment, one primer coat, and one topcoat, ensuring a beautiful appearance and outstanding rust resistance in humid environments. Furthermore, we heavily emphasize shipping protection. To specifically prevent seawater corrosion during long maritime transport, we meticulously cover the equipment with heavy duty tarpaulins before shipment. This ensures the vehicles avoid salty ocean moisture, arriving at Conakry Port in absolute pristine condition for immediate operation.
