After communicating with the customer, we learned that the customer had a local forestry farm and needed trailers for wood transport. Before carrying out the wax spraying work, we will firstly clean the trailer and remove the impurities on the surface of the vehicle, so as to prepare for the next step of spraying anti-rust wax and anti-rust grease, which can enhance the adhesion of anti-rust wax and anti-rust grease. After the anti-rust wax spraying is finished, we will check whether there is any leakage, flow hanging, dust and other phenomena in the wax spraying area, and then we will apply grease to the rust-prone area again for double protection.
