Container skeletal trailer is indeed a common mode of transportation for shipping containers, particularly in port transportation. This type of trailer is specifically designed to carry shipping containers efficiently and securely. The trailer's gooseneck design refers to the front part of the trailer that extends over the towing vehicle's rear axle. This design allows for a more stable connection between the trailer and the towing vehicle, improving maneuverability and weight distribution.
TRUCKMAN uses Q355 manganese steel to manufacture the container skeletal trailer, with a yield strength of more than 355MPa. It has high pressure resistance and good turbulence resistance, making the trailer very strong. The high pressure resistance of Q355 manganese steel is particularly beneficial for a container skeletal trailer. When transporting heavy loads, the trailer may experience substantial pressure from the weight of the containers and the forces during transportation. The high pressure resistance of Q355 manganese steel ensures that the trailer can withstand these pressures without compromising its structural integrity.
Container skeletal trailer can be equipped with a double towing pin structure, allowing it to transport 40-foot standard containers and forward boxes. The double towing pin structure provides stability and secure attachment points for the containers during transportation. In addition to the towing pin structure, a locking beam can be installed in the middle of the trailer to stabilize the container further. The locking beam helps prevent any movement or shifting of the container during transit, ensuring that it remains securely in place.
