Dump semi trailer adopt advanced design concept. For the tipper trailer box, we adopt high strength steel to make it durable when load the sand or small stones or rocks, especially under the off road condition.
Dump box dimensions and U-shape, box thickness, HYVA hydraulic cylinder and optional accessories(two pieces spare tire carriers, water tank, fuel tank, etc.) are all cutomised by different cargo needs which build modern transportation.
1.The volume can be design from 10cbm-100cbm
2.Axles number can be 1,2,3,4 axles or superlink axles for transporting different weight cargo.
3.The hydraulic cylinders can be HYVA or other brand optional .
4.The hydraulic cylinder can be installed in the bottom of the van body or at the front and rear side of the van body.
5.Main beam can be straight beam or step deck type.
6.The thickness of the side wall and floor are according to transporting different cargoes.
7.The roof can be covered by tarpaulin.
8.Suspension can be normal leaf springs suspension ,air suspension or bogie suspension.
Guarantee
Five (5) years and be based on standard “RE 3” of the “European degree of rusting standards”. Normal wear/tear, or corrosion caused by fish oil, animal and vegetable oils, strong solvents, impact and accident is excluded.The warranty shall be applied faults or failures affecting more than 10% of the painted surface.
